A group of Wake Foresters gathered over dinner in Marvin, NC on July 20, 2018 to discuss Leadership & Character.

Overview and highlights of our Call to Conversation:

• We all shared a different story relating to leadership and character, but our stories involved common themes of truth, kindness and community.
• We spoke that one’s character conveys how they want to be remembered, and those with good character are those who possess good will.
• We found that character in leadership is not dependent on age or experience but instead the authentic response to an obstacle.
