Leadership & Character | Pearland, TX

A group of Wake Foresters gathered over dinner in Pearland, TX on October 10, 2018 to discuss Leadership & Character.

Overview and highlights of our Call to Conversation:

• Before sharing our examples of character in action, we discussed whether or not an absence of character coincides with someone being a bad person.
• We also talked about how character takes courage, and part of displaying character is leveraging yourself to help others.
• The qualities of humility, open-mindedness, courage, and trust were also mentioned in the context of leadership & character.
• We brainstormed ways to continue this conversation around leadership & character on campus.
