A group of Wake Foresters gathered over dinner in the Worrell Professional Center on Thursday, October 4, 2018 to discuss Leadership.

Overview and highlights of our Call to Conversation:

Whether it be in a courtroom or in a corporate office, we heard that good leaders are not afraid to be bold and take risks. They take time to recognize and develop talent while thinking and working outside of the box. They care about the work culture and integrity of the institution. They are authentic and grounded in strong core values, and lead by example whenever possible. More often than not, they will put others before themselves. It is said that you might be able to influence leadership, but good leaders possess some innate characteristics that cannot necessarily be taught.
