Leadership & Character | Sarasota, FL
A group of Wake Foresters gathered over dinner in Sarasota, FL on November 16, 2018 to discuss Leadership & Character.
Overview and highlights of our Call to Conversation:
- Character is often shown in the worst of times.
- Character is doing what’s right when no one is looking or when it isn’t popular.
- Helping our fellow man/woman and putting others before self is a sign of character.
- We heard stories of children, bosses, parents, and even ducklings. Character shows up in the small things we do and has a large impact on others we lead. We asked ourselves, “how do you create opportunities to model exemplary character?”
