Ambassadors from the Z. Smith Reynolds Library came together to discuss how they have been influenced by a librarian, book, or library service.
Overview and highlights of our Call to Conversation:
- The group discussed the joys of reading, the excitement of one’s first library card, and libraries as powerful spaces. They talked about works of fiction and non-fiction, and books as a passport to a bigger world.
- They discussed positive discussion around childhood experience with public libraries.
