Leadership & Character | Richmond, VA
A group of Wake Foresters gathered over dinner in Richmond, VA on January 22, 2019 to discuss Leadership & Character.
Overview and highlights of our Call to Conversation:
- We heard great stories about people – from ages 10 to 103 years old – who were examples of people of great character.
- Sometimes being a person of character requires sacrifice or making an unpopular choice because you know it is right.
- Being a person of character means doing the right thing even when no one is looking.
- We all know the difference between right and wrong. A person of good character knows the difference and does the right thing even if it is not in his/her best interest.
