A group of Wake Foresters gathered over dinner in Boca Raton, FL on March 8, 2019 to discuss Leadership & Character.

Overview and highlights of our Call to Conversation:

• We shared stories that impacted us for their positive nature. A recurring theme was how our examples of character spoke to the value of and the nurturing of long term relationships.
• Another common theme was selflessness and doing the right thing despite the anticipated outcome.
• We also discussed how environment helps shape us: we tend to act like our neighbors/those close to us.
• We talked about the idea that with character comes respect.
