A group of Wake Foresters gathered over dinner in Alumni Hall on the Reynolda Campus on April 8, 2019 to discuss Leadership & Character.

Overview and highlights of our Call to Conversation:

• Our conversation was filled with examples of leadership shown by people in very intimate moments. People in our lives showed leadership when no one was watching.
• Many of our leaders made sacrifices of time, energy, love and their actual lives for others – they were the true embodiment of a Servant-Leader. We discussed the importance of service in leadership.
