Leadership & Character | Charlotte, NC

A group of Wake Foresters gathered over dinner in Charlotte, NC on June 4 , 2019 to discuss Leadership & Character.

• We all shared a different story relating to character, but our stories involved common themes of honesty, trust, and support.
• We found that character is not dependent on age or experience but instead the decisions you make when no one else is looking.
• We concluded the night emphasizing that character does not have a marketing department and there is often a price to pay to do the right thing. We spoke about the importance of highlighting good character while also giving people the opportunity to learn from past decisions.
