A group of Wake Foresters gathered over dinner in Charlotte, NC on June 4 , 2019 to discuss Leadership & Character.

• How can we have the courage needed to overcome our fears and be a person of character?
• A person of character has moral courage and rises above obstacles.
• They accept responsibility for their actions and are capable of change.
• We spoke about the “ripple effect” of character.
• People of character value others who are different from them; They do not try to make decisions on behalf of someone else.
