A group of Wake Foresters gathered over dinner in Minneapolis, MN on June 20, 2019 to discuss Wellbeing.

Overview and highlights of our Call to Conversation:

• When discussing Wellbeing, many of our stories focused on what we see in others and try to emulate in our own lives. Also, what we give to others is as important to our wellbeing as theirs.
• Wellbeing goes beyond the physical and emotional.
• Teaching our younger generation the value of well-rounded wellbeing will continue to be important. Changing ourselves and living a transparent life is an important way to model wellbeing.
• Comparison is the thief of joy.
