A group of Wake Foresters gathered over dinner in Beaufort, SC on July 11, 2019 to discuss Leadership & Character.

Overview and Highlights of our Call to Conversation:

• Leadership and character often manifests most in the moments when no one is watching, where we make the tough decisions.
• We can often see character through moments of sacrifice (large and small). Our choices aren’t always the ones that mean great prosperity for us but are the ones that are most meaningful for others.
• Our effort is often best spent on doing the task that is right in front of us. We should look for the need and work to solve the problem.
