A group of Wake Foresters gathered over dinner on September 27, 2019 in Philadelphia, PA to discuss Leadership & Character.

Overview and highlights of our Call to Conversation:

• Leadership can be quiet.
• Human connection is the most important bond in leadership and character. When you see leadership and character align, it’s an amazing thing.
• Doing the right thing is a sign of character. Oftentimes, doing the right thing takes courage and sometimes it doesn’t turn out in your favor.
• Several of us spoke of those encounters with friends, loved ones, or even strangers showing enormous strength in character even though they were struggling with their own challenges and issues.
